Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center

Stay was decent overall, room was clean. The bathrooms definitely weren’t updated with the recent remodel. Had to change rooms mid stay due to a mysterious foul odor coming from our bathroom drains. They were very accommodating with it though, just switch us to a new room that was good. The breakfast was ok, cold potatoes and they offered the same stuff everyday mostly. The listing states there’s a on site restaurant but that’s not accurate.

I've never seen a Hyatt Place charge for parking, and hotels in general outside a city center. They charge $7 a day even for globalists, so be aware. Breakfast was bad even for Hyatt places, with cold eggs and potatoes even when breakfast first started, consistently out or cold coffee (especially decaf), etc. Whoever made the salsa one day deserves a medal though. My room was hot even when supposedly at 66 (I normally sleep at 72), the fridge vibrated so hard we had to stuff towels around it, and there was no room number outside our door (the plate had fallen off, I guess, and no one bothered to replace it). In all I was really surprised by the lack of care that went into this place. I did have mostly good interactions with front desk staff though, so that's one saving grace

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days. The hotel just completed a major renovation project. They are still working on several rooms including the offices, the business center and elevator #1. Beautiful modern high tech lobby area. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Love the laminate floors with low pile carpet and the painted walls instead of the dreaded wallpaper. Love the microwave and small kitchen, most Hyatt Place hotels don't have them. Breakfast was good every morning. My biggest complaint is on sold out days there is NOT enough seats or tables to eat. My suggestion as a Hyatt Place Fort Worth TCU MOD is, on sold out or very busy weekends weekdays place a sign out stating more seating is available in the meeting room. Open up the meeting room for overflow breakfast. It takes more time, manpower but will help GS Scores and satisfaction. We didn't use the parking lot, however there is plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and location. Next time we are in the area we will stay here.
